Other loans and liens: Second or third mortgages, home equity loans, tax liens, workman’s liens, delinquent and prorated homeowner’s association dues, and condominium association dues.
• Courier fees to deliver payoff(s)
• County recording fees to record lien satisfactions
• Prorated taxes due on date of sale
• Outstanding sanitation or utility charges

• Closing costs of obtaining a loan: origination fee, appraisal, survey, title search, attorney fees, notary fees, county filing fees for the new loan, lender’s title insurance, flood certification, Georgia Residential Mortgage Fee, tax reports, documentation preparation fees, other costs as defined by the lender or attorney.
